10 pm to 2 am shift!
The Bay Area people took the 10 pm to 2 am shift at the gates Saturday night! This is a compilation of the updates we got during the day.

the latest shipment of bay areans is offically here! it all feels so surreal.....can't believe we're actually here! alumni is hosting a rally and kevin kovacs & jay kreeger (from indy) are firing up the crowd with their inspirational words!

rally now. mj kk andy lange students n more shared a few words. there is hope. kk says do not give up. started a chant resign resign resign students attitude is like this will go on until jk resigns. students are thrilled to have alumni - many of em here. many flew in today. sang happy bday to chris corrigan

Just ate dinner at chipotle's in chinatown and now enroute to gally to relieve the students at the gate so they can rest up....many are exhausted esp after last night's ordeal. while walking up to car to nurse landen, bumped into ben soukup. told him we're happy he is here with us but where are the other BOT's? he said there weren't any others...just himself. asked why the BOT hasn't intervened...this is a tragic situation for gally. ben said they feel the responsiblity for handling this situation lies with jordan....told him it was b-e-y-o-n-d that now....the crisis is way greater and it is time BOT stepped in and made a difference for gallaudet!!! he nodded and said he plans to gather info to share with other BOTs.....he seemed concerned and contemplative, slightly sad and tired. also talked with tim rarus, he said he has a criminal record now from being arrested last nite but felt it was worth it for this cause!!!! says arrests could happen again if jordan decides it is necessary. we are now watching jane's mtg w students from this afternoon being replayed via LCD on a large white sheet by the main entrance. soon we are going to stand guard from 10pm to 2am (bay area shift) so the students can rest after such an emotional night last night!

bobbie beth scoggins decided to cut her vacation short. flew in this eve from mexico. she gave an eloquent speech as tom holcomb put it. nad will write an open letter requesting jk to resign!

Alumni has been a blessing, taking over the gate tonight. Tom and Rory along w FSSA leaders are currently taking a break together. Having a mental break and a good time.
They'll be all set to fight tomorrow and so on...
