Yesterday Jared was eager to see who would be the author of the 1000th post at DeafRead, but …we missed it. We’re now at 1115 posts.
We’ve hovered above 100 posts in the last 24 hours. Crazy due to the Gallaudet happenings. Ah yes, the database server went down for approximately 5 minutes this morning at 10:15am PST. We apologize. Thanks for staying with us.
Jared had the wonderful idea in which we, including you, could show our support of the Gallaudet University protests. He proposed that a GU Bison theme be built. I’ve added the colors in accordance (as much as I could) to the Bison colors. See below for a screenshot, and look for the red arrows for where you can change the theme. Once you have chosen your theme, the page will automatically re-fresh.

Um, I feel funny saying this, since its not in my nature to call attention to myself. But ’twas my blog that hit the magic one oh oh oh last night. It was the 2nd Bay Area Perspective on Gallaudet post that was added to DeafRead last night. Damn - shoulda taken a screenshot.
