love those anonymous posters who are afraid to leave a name! I thought it was great and thanks for the captions you sign too quick for me to folow! Keep up the good work!

I'm so glad that you used CC on Vblog because I don't know ASL too well. Who cares what the Anonymous said. I'm sure it will get better as time comes along. I have my own blog. I'm Debbi as aka "mecooncat" :)

Little Pitty, I know. They're such a bunch of entertainers. ;-)

Ms. Jackson, I felt it was important to consider the "signing impaired" audience's needs to understand my vlogs. :-P
After all, I think it's important to stick to our principles as we advocate for the deaf rights. If not, then we're all hypocrites.

Great job for your first vlog!

I think I remember my Blogger username. I just finished playing the video repeatedly. I really enjoyed it! Keep up with the good job, Banjo!

Banjo Banjo Banjo!!!!!
Good to see you in Blog Land. Your Vlog was fine....screw whoever anonymous is...Just a jerk looking for trouble I guess...and the blogsphere is rampant with them both deaf and hearing.
Anyways good to see you're still up and active! :-)

Hey Banjo, you're good looking guy! Did not know you had it in you!
However, be sure to make ur hands within the box. Sometimes I could not decipher what you tried to say when you pull your hands out of the box.

Ridor, thanks for the feedback. I noticed that problem after recording it.
Next time, I plan to sit further from the iSight (my webcam), and tamper with the lighting around a bit to keep my background dark while my hands and my face are bright enough to focus on.
:-)

Vikee, it've been quite a while!
9/25/2006 5:42 PM
Thanks for creating the vlog! You looked kinda nervous, somewhat hesistant, but otherwise, you seem to be composed. I wish the captions as provided by Google Video could be a bit bigger, though.
I loved the intro sequence; truly slick.
I will look forward to your vlog contributions to the DHH blogosphere.

Nice work...nicer to see you're a MAC user...smile
What's your trick for making the captions? Care to share?
Back up a bit so you are more clear in the video. Your hands sometimes go off screen.
Otherwise...share the secrets of captions and keep on bloggin'!

Your first vlog is very short and simple. One thing I'v noticed is your eyes..one brown and other blue. Are you WS? Sorry, I can't help noticing your eyes. They are intriguing.

Banjo, you did a great job on your first vlog. :) Keep up the good work! :)
9/25/2006 7:36 PM
Terrific! I do look forward to seeing your thoughts in the near future.

Ha ha! I'm terribly sorry for giggling but I think your vlog is very cute. The opening introduction is artistically professional and neat. Thank you for adding the closed caption. I enjoyed watching your vlog immensely.
I second Ridor's second paragraph but I'm hearing, what do I know.

Banjo, you do look different than what I thought. Nevertheless, I'm glad to see you using the vlog. You did an awesome job, dude.

Banjo,
Glad you came forward with your first aslvlog! I find it intriguing to see all types of bilingual people in the Deaf community.
I look forward to seeing more of you.
Anne Marie hands up and waving at you. ;^)

Banjo I cannot pick up your video from the blog. There is a question mark on where I am supposed to click.

This is fantastic! Thank you thank you thank you! I especially appreciate the subtitles, because I am a nonsigning deaf person.
I look forward to reading your blog and your vlogs...

Hooray - other deaf vlogger! Didn't realize you vlog too but I am thrilled! Yes, you are correct - vlogs will raise our discourse when we learn more about other's opinions.
Look forward to ur vlogs!
