Very nice video, I would like to learn a sign language
Ohh Signing Bimbos or is it the ASL students doin
their project for their special Instructor ? ?
I am their mother, so please forgive my defense of them. I am sorry that you think they are “bimbos”. In fact, they are entering their senior year of music at a Conservatory of Music in Harp Performance. For their entire lives they have had straight As, while working multiple jobs, and giging. This was not for a school project - ever. They did this to amuse Deaf friends. They also frequently play percussive music on their harps (rapping the soundboard, etc.) because the drumming and beating can be “felt” when permormed live. I hope that the Deaf they do not know, (who have been writing to them and asking them to make more videos) did not have mocking intentions. I could fill pages and pages with lists about what good people they are, the good things they have done, but it would waste more space and be pointless IF you prefer to prejudge. If you, or anyone, would like to know more about them, please email me at Charcoalhouse@aol.com. I promise I will respond with respect even if it is not given. Thank you.
Best,
Diane
Sorry for the typo:
it shoud be “performed live” not “permormed live”
ohh snap the mother is watching ya ll better be nice….. anyway
i hope you know im joking take care…
My apologies Diane !
Never occured that a mother would too watch this ?
Very nice job. I watch signers at various public meetings, and wish they were as expressive as these two. Are they really twins or did one person do this and cleverly splice two videos side-by-side? They look TOO MUCH ALIKE. It’s kind of spooky though, because the beautiful gardens in the background seem to be totally continuous and that would be tough if two videos were shot and joined together. Maybe nanotechnology could have been used. Give us MORE!!!
Awesome!!! We want more!
Whoa, CODA! That’s the way to go. Keep ‘em coming! I am a deaf father and got hearing kids, would love to have them just like them. Keep ‘em under role models for CODA’s!
Keep ‘em coming!
I applaud for your wonderful performance in sign language. I do sincerely hope you both will continue to develop more new sign language songs. Keep it up! I plan to have Sign-Song International Festival 2010 in Los Angeles. Be ready for the big event!
Great Musci and Bless twin! I agree with Diane their mother great!
Wow, these gals remind me of Ashlee Simpson.
y’all are cuties.
greg, they’re not coda, they both are able to hear. you can go to their website, they’re not deaf! it’s great for them to know the sign language to sing and to communicate with deaf people if they meet some deaf people!
by the way, it’s great to know that they have some talents in music! keep it going!
I LOVED their video they are adorable :). I only wish they would sign their intro too. They are obviously very talented and beautiful, and they know ASL!!! The more people who know ASL the BETTER
imagine a world where the statisics are reversed 90% of the population sign, and 10% don’t. keep up the good work and give us more. And to all the haters they can keep their lips sealed.
smile
A CODA is a Child Of Deaf Adults!!!
The sign language twins were wonderful, the e-mail was sent by my daughter-in-laws parents who happen to be deaf, they are just like you and me except they don’t hear. I watched my daughter-in law dance with her fater at her wedding to my son, she picked “Hero by Bete midler”, because she thinks her father is her hero, he worked and sacraficed just as all of the hearing fathers did. They raised 3 beautiful hearing children who are sucessful adults who love and have protected eachother all of their lives. I have been in awe of them since my son married their daughter 10 years ago. It couldn’t and wasn’t easy for them living in a hearing world and raising 3 children who could hear, but I can tell you that they did a better job than so many people who can.
I would give u 5! because u guys r GOOD!
NOT BAD I MEAN ITS AWSOME!!!!!!!
