Funny, but who knows? It could be used that way someday, if government wanted to... easy enough to put a signaling chip inside the implant or other implanted machinery....
lol, silly you. AGB is not "Government."
But, yeah I've heard same things too. I think there is a concern among some people who are well versed in ELF or HAARP (radio waves, I think?) that can be used for mind control and the likes. Supposedly it can be used for tracking purposes. There is some information on that online too.
I don't know how factual it is.
Still, there are others that dismissed it as nothing.

I have similar experience as yours. I was sitting in StarBucks which is my least favorite. I hate coffee or any hot water. I needed to use the internet while I waited for my next train. A brilliant homeless man asked me if he could sit and I welcomed him to sit with me. He found out that I am Deaf. He asked me about cochlear implant. I told him that I didn't have one. He was so relief that I didn't have one and he told me the exact what you had said in your vlog. We wrote back and forth. He's a good man. He's expert at math and science. I find it very interesting.
People would dismiss him because he is homeless. I do not judge him at all. He is genuis.. He lost his wife and his children in accident. He doesn't support the government system.
When he told me that he did not eat for two days so I brought him food and drink. He was shocked but pleased.

The true American spirit shines through. I'd appreciated your Vlog whiel taking it with a grain of salt.
The first inclination for a parent is to make the child like theirself(theirselves). The Cochlear Implant industry banks on that.
It is remarkable that an outside observation holds reservations that is not obvious to those who would subject their children to numerous hazards.
