    Teri-

    I have been following Barry’s blog for the past two-three weeks. The first AIM conversation he posted was about DE making fun of CI and the second AIM conversation he posted two days ago was about Ella having a big plan. It is not the same post. It was two different posts. I have faith in Tayler that he is investigating into this matter. He stated that he is working on making some revision in guideline. I still admire him for his dedicated work although there are some things I do not agree with him. I can’t expect him to agree with me or others all the time. Tayler mentioned that he will do a vlog about guideline soon. Just to share with you about this.

    Wow!
    Someday Tayler will be so admired for his being so dedicated and gutsy, bravery action - even with the all of the hardships (shit) he has been gone wadding.
    The so-called Deaf leaders have the easy and swell, over-paid state jobs and abuse their state depts. time and materials. You can take of a notice that some bloggers (or only one) are using their job positions for their personal uses. what a such freeloaders they are. their bosses (supt) need to to be fired! a whistler blower is around - for your info.

    Sometimes if people change the title of a blog…or shut down and restart their blogs…I believe that the aggregator picks up all previous entries…

    Unsure…but yeah…sounds like a tech glitch…Tayler will figure it out….

    I never said it is a bad thing to do. It takes a lot of guts to boot yer butt before the screen — especially if they were prominent deaf people. We live in such a VERY small world. Know what I am saying? Eh? I commend those women, who shaked their buttocks, for being daring; plucky. Video comments are permanent online and can be used against, or for character attack. Who knows. I feel very brave or courageous at most times, however when it comes to reputation, we ought to think before we act.

    With regard to negative video comments, well, they should not poke nasty fun at people online. Making fun or insulting is no style, no brains and no class at all. It’s nice of some people jumping in to defend victims. BUT STILL!!!

    Good seeing you again. Yes the DVTV has put me into awkward situation from time to time, not just because of booty dances. Some vloggers who leave comments or share stories while they are wearing shirtless that put me into uncomfortable situation. Oh well…

    Thanks for sharing your observations. I know Tayler is doing his best to find some solutions.

    As JJ said, it might be a tech glitch. I have had seen several entries being reposted from time to time for two years now. Some v/bloggers might have changed the blog name, use the same database (SQL), or have some posts unpublished after being sent to RSS and then have ‘em republished again. If a published post being updated too often, it might be reversed to unpublished automatically ( That’s one of WP glitches). There are many possible reasons why Barry’s posts went to the front page again. I am pretty sure it was not deliberately done by DeafRead team. I hope Tayler will figure out what went wrong yesterday morning. So, it will not happen again.

    Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I must admit I agree with DeafKathy those half-naked video commentors make us feel awkward. It makes me feel like I am on an adult site. Eh? That’s what I mean by saying . . . “a different kind of crowd, different kind of people . . .” I did not want to pinpoint the certain types. A diplomatic statement. You now see why I said DeafVideo is not for me. :)

    I understand the big concern over these very different views on DeafVideo and DeafRead. Some circumstances could be pinpoint both on these websites. Yet, remember YouTube is so large, covering all the bases, from A to Z and Straight to Crooked. The hearing people don’t have their own “HearingVideo” or “HearingRead” — so hence, they can view anywhere as they pleased to see them by curiousity or seriousity. To participate in either “worlds” could be their own choices. DeafRead are built to view as we all see that — still yet same thing to DeafVideo. I think both of them are great and exciting. Thats very healthy, better than the “narrow-tunnel” vision. I applaud for both of them. I like both of them. Its beautiful to see the open mind spectrum out there in DeafVideo as well as in DeafRead, too.

    Oh one more thing I forget to add into my recent comment: Its same thing if you say Hearing and Deaf whatsoever. Like the population will be the same math factoring. If suppose to say: Hearing see YouTube, maybe 2 million, then to put factoring 10 percent of that — 200,000 could be “crazy people” like you saw in DeafVideo. For smaller world, the Deaf World, to put like maybe 40,000, then to put factoring 10 percent — 400 could be crazy people. So therefore, I see the SAME ratio of either Hearing or Deaf. The Final Answer is the SAME thing if we say its too small or too big for Deaf or Hearing. We are all equal regardless.

    I do not fret. :) FYI, The air quality in Riverside IMPROVES 110%. I can see the majestic mountains (Mt. Baldy, Big Bear, & Saddleback) clearly even during hot summer days nowadays. Thanks to EPA! Feel free to come forward and meet me in person. :)

I am sorry to say this . . . it does not matter if we are hearing or deaf in this frickin small Deaf world or the larger world, our reputation is very important to us and we will go to great measure to preserve it the best way we can. Especially this world I live in part time, it is so easy to for them to cripple my reputation Damn those crabbing vessels! Of course I am smart enough not to eat some rotten deaf fishes. Oops, I meant…. dead fishes. Hehe! Me bad!

    haha i have lived right off the PCH (great highway one) for over twenty years.
    do not tell me that your riverside air is any better than the pacific ocean air at all.
    i understand very well that you Riversidie folks run to the Huntington Beach so darn often, I often went over there for the grunion runs during my childhood with the great Deaf people.
    you need to admit that the air out there in the inland area sucks, period.
    shame on ya, your ten kids breathe this kinda air.
    anyhow it is everywhere that we all shall complain about the quality air, etc. perhaps we should try Alaska?? ha.
    whenever i d go down to the Riverside are area, we will stay at the Mission hotel.
    i do not think i will i go go down there any more. nothing for me to go down there any more as my deaf son is grown up. also i have nothing to do with the Deaf schools now.

    yet, you are so welcomed to stay over at our house when you happen to go up to the bay area for your business reason or whatever it shall be, i shall try to overcome you with our warm welcome or or even better - me being so darn truth and to the piercing points.
    hopefully i do not scare ya off at all. ha.

    What you had just responded back to me, its really worth a Clean Load of fresh fishes onboard for all of good bloggers and vloggers — I am pretty much agreed with you about the value of importance in our reputation, especially today’s society on acceptance of deaf culture into all kinds of walks in this Earth. Yep, pretty much agreed not to eat the rotten or overcooked (burnt) dead fishes LOL !!! Yeah, still we have “4 eyes” to explore all around the Digital world even in both great websites. Its just that I hope in both “ailing but freshmen-looking” websites they could be much improving in forseeable future I am sure of that. Things will transform again and again — that’s healthy !! Winks. We have full of eyes for the freedom to see both good and bad perseptives on these websites.
