The past few days, YLC Staff have been working together as a team to propel the Youth Leadership Camp sailboat forward! We all are looking forward for you to come and experience the once in a lifetime experience with us here at Youth Leadership Camp!
The team is heavily reinforced with teamwork and leadership; however, we have been doing some fine-tuning during the Staff Training by learning and absorbing the secret to success from Jennifer Yost Ortiz, the Director of Youth Programs, in an Inspirational Workshop!
You may ask what is the secret to success? Worry not, you will find out the secret to success during your stay at the 39th session of NAD YLC and the 16th session of NAD YLC at Camp Taloali!
The Campground is now decorated with YLC historical signs and banners. It feels like a Holiday for YLC like a Christmas tree being decorated during Christmas! The only thing that is missing is FIFTY-NINE of you!
We are ready to see the two big yellow school buses coming into the open of the campsite after navigating on rocky dirty roads from the 111 acreage entrance of Camp Taloali! Be sure to CHEER as loud as you can once you pass by the “Youth Leadership Camp” sign because that is the mark when your once in a lifetime experience begins!
The Builders (YLC Staff) are ready to build all of you into Leaders with resources to be a successful and a well-rounded Leader!
Are you all ready to join us on an unforgettable summer journey beginning in TWO more days?! If so, begin shouting and jumping in spirit because you will be doing that the entire time here at NAD YLC 2008!
