Your attitude is excellent and that is what everyone should have. I agree that if a person disagrees with something, s/he should make a suggestion rather than attack one’s opinion.
Thank you for your time to share your perspective!
hello jack
that is true!!! i am agreeing with you.
i watched vblog of you story, i feel
expression (cant spell) feel good or true story.
larry will join to dbc also me, tooo!
very goood! in milwaukee, wi.
thanks ^j^ terri
Thank you Jack for being there for all of us and DBC!! Your video is like a fresh breeze coming in from the North after many days of heavy humidity and high heat from the South. Great input you got! Many thanks for helping DBC get off the ground at the conference in Milwaukee and sharing right messages with parents of deaf babies and children.
Jack I have been waiting for your DBC vlog, I knew you were probably exhausted from the whole ordeal..
there will always be some NASTY PEOPLE out there looking for fault with certain things, it happens every where, best thing for every one to do is nip it in the bud before it gets out of hand I hope the person who started all of this negativity is stopped..
I was wishing I could be with every one that weekend, but alas I am across the ocean, but I promise I was there with every one in spirit
Congrats on all of your hard work; I can’t help but notice a difference in your demeanor today vs a month ago. Carry on for ASL for and babies AND choices.
Thanks for address out to viewers on DBC. I’m with you 100% all the way.
While I was at DBC conference, I had a great experience and had so much learn about DBC, etc. It was an eye-opener to see the whole picture and was so reality. I’m very excited to see how DBC is constantly improving and accomplish for our future in Deaf babies.
Thank you all (DBC members, volunteers, supporters, etc.) for hard working and efforts for the best in our future Deaf babies. Way to go!!
My analysis of posts show Amy Cohen to be the first vlogger to be upset about DBC Conf. Maybe because DBC didn’t mention her DVD The Greatest Irony. Then she let a new commenter DR Hocokum blab blab blab on her blog. DBC told the truth about ABG’s audism. I could be wrong.
Good to see you again. It was great to meet you during the convention. You have a big heart. Keep up with your good work. I look forward to watching your next vlog.
Beautiful work! You spoke from your heart. Thanks!
I want to encourage you to do one thing. I want you to say you are smart! Why??
In this vlog, you discussed how we, the Deaf, can come together and help one another in various ways according to our skills/ expertise. I agree! And you mentioned about English writing skills. Those people with good writing skills were called “smart” and you did not call yourself “smart.”
It does not always mean that people with good writing skills are indeed smart. Many of them are not quite intelligent, I am sorry to say.
What makes a person smart is a good head and heart like yours.
Congrats for the successful conference! Keep the ball rolling for the best interest of Deaf babies and ASL!
All of you, DBC members, presenters, and attendanees deserve a break after a long weekend at conference. It is a lot of energy consuming and it takes more than a week to recover…
You are the FIRST one who have given me hope for DBC. I was dubious, unsure, not trusting, of DBC due to the underlying messages popping all over in the b/vlogosphere.
I just love your vision. YES!
I also love your beautiful explanation about the d/Deaf scenery in RockBottom. You signed cued speech without the usual smirk on the face or some kind of mockery.
I like any other parent would turn my back immediately if i see any anti-CI anti-AGBELL rhetoric.
Thank you, Jack, for your change of heart as I can see based on your previous vlogs.
I would not look up at person or people who are practising in EGOISM. Every Deaf people are the EQUAL and we must work together in order to success for our original language of ASL to every deaf child in the nation!
I noticed more deaf people start to back stab the DBC so you know why? Because the DBC is now more famous. If there is nothing back stabbing and DBC will not be here with us!
Go DBC Go! I praise to all DBC’s leaders for their greatest effort to work hard to get our ASL become more stronger!
Hi Jack,
Thank you for explaining about DBC since you were there. You are the champ GUY for doing all this with core team. Too bad that i did not have the chance to say GOOD BYE to you. I will never forget how much we had the fun drinking heartland beer at the rock bottom. Looking forward for part 2. WINK..Take care and Take it easy now…
Hey Jack and DBC members,
All of you had very good job to make this plan to happen in the Deaf community. Your state did welcome us to see our first DBC in the national level for convention. Big Wave Big Wave… I will never forgot about them at DBC convention and still carry the flame in my heart to the next Deaf generation. Big Thanks to six speakers!!! Good Job!!!!! Happy Birthday to DBC!!!!!

As a Canadian family, we truly enjoyed the Milwaukee DBC convention, both the workshops and rallies, and your warm Wisconsin welcome!
AWESOME JOB!! I understand why you were so exhausted. Hard work that went into the convention is OBVIOUS, and much appreciated!
I look forward to Part 2!

Very well said! DBC is never perfect, but we all can work together to get closer to perfection. Good job, Jack and DBC officials/committees!
