Viable VPAD PicturesFiled Under: Deafness, technology
Thought you’d like to see the pictures I took of the VPAD while I was in a hotel at Los Angles after I bought it!
I bought the Viable VPAD at the Deaf Nation Expo 2008 at Pomona, California. That’s basically right next to (if not part of) Los Angles. They said it was $99, but it was something like $112 after taxes.
Here’s the pictures:

Thank you for sharing it with us. I got same experience when I was in Los Angeles. I bought two VPADs, my greatest worst investment! I talked to Anthony Mowl, he gave me very crafty answers but sadly, most what he said was not true. He was an true bullshitting artist. Pardon my French… but its how I feel.
You should be happy that you only got one, not two.
I tried to get refund but Viable keeps bounce around me with their bullshitting customer reps. I dont get a receipt for my two VPAD. I have been asking to get one.
Plus I have called ViableVRS, its one of worst relay service. HOVRS got better interpreters. Viable hired signers more than certified interpreters.
I am still having problems with VPAD. I had to go back to VP200 and it works beautifully. I am sorry that you had to experience this one like I did. Thank you, sir for sharing this story with us. Viable and Anthony Mowl, I have some questions… Not worth my time because you will give us another bullshitting and crafty answers. BTW, when I saw you, Anthony in LA, I could see your eyes were so red! Ah…under influenced by marijuana and forget to print us receipts. So, forget you! Sorry Don! Thanks again!
