Pluto True Power

This morning, I applied FedEx Express for employment application in the backroom with my girlfriend emily. I'm realized that there is no interpreter provided. They told me They do not provide interpreters and I can bring my own. They also said that for training they don't provide an interpreter and that I must be able to read lips or I will not be hired. That is obviously discrimination and breaking ADA. I'm pissed off and don't know to do. This woman had such a bad attitude with me. I feel that she would not hire me next week. I'm realized this woman is totally ignorance about breaking ADA policy. As a pluto rule I knew it when the moon crosses the sign of Scorpio due to the drama morning of bad attitude or bitchy. This woman's attitude, it's very much like a bad cop. Pluto is a CONTROL freak and rules wealth and sex and when badly aspected in a chart this planet stirs bad attitude especially when ego money and drama. After that, I called my lawyer and explained about this situation. My lawyer will write a letter to Federal Express's legal department. I am very aware about moon in scorpio that kind of energy tends to make people not only overly emotional but bitchy on me. She is not willing get me an interpreter for next week and just walked away from us. Just a note that the stars don't care about me or you, but be aware about starguide and notice myself very cleary.

While we can appreciate your obsession with astrology, did you keep it to yourself when speaking to the hiring manager?

Also, it's never a good idea to bring your girlfriend along when applying for a job.

An employer needs to make a "reasonable" accommodation for a disability. They do not have an absolute responsibility to provide a remedy in all employment situations, nor do they have to consider employing an individual whose disabilities severely limit their ability to do the job.

In one of the departments I manage I have a legally blind customer service representative. We've made accommodations by enlarging the size of the information on his CSR screen, and not expecting him to do certain tasks as long as he can fulfill the major part of his job.

I would suspect that in your case, though you don't provide many details, that your disability bars you from communicating with other employees and supervisors. This can be a severely limiting problem. especially in terms of safety and the company's liability for same.

Don't get me wrong. I'm all for diversity in the workplace, but if you want employment you are going to have to find it within the range of your abilities or with an employer who is willing to work with you. In one local store, most of the stock workers don't speak and sign with each other. This apparently works for this store.

Some states have special case workers that help people with disabilities find employment. I had a good man work for me who suffered from schizophrenia. The arrangement worked well for the him, me and company because the case worker was able to work with him to help him accomplish the goals of the work. I suggest you look into that, because that might be your best bet in finding an employer that can use your skills. Good luck.

I used to work at post office for summer time last two year ago and got good paid. Before I got hired, They did provide an interpreter for my training then after that I did work very well with other employers. I found out that FedEx do not provide interpreter. I do not understand myself. The problem is that they do not understand ADA policy that required to provide what I requested. That is all.

Ask Vocational Rehabilitation if they can help you with an interpreter!
