Two additional notes:

  1. An account at YouTube is not required to video comment at DeafVIDEO.TV.
  2. Once you are registered at DeafVIDEO.TV to video comment, you do not need to register with Seesmic, the video commenting service. You may simply click “Anonymous” to begin recording your video comment.
