Some Things Never Change - CI or Not.

Laine, 14, has an implant and a hearing aid. She just posted a comment on an older blog post, "You Have to Be Deaf to Understand - Never Mind." In her comment, she tells of how she feels about being left out, and about how her neighbor seems to be uncomfortable with her. She says she is in therapy, but it is not helping. Laine doesn't say if she is in a deaf school or program, or attending a mainstream one.
