I am looking for a job….what skill set would I need to bid for something like this?

If you can’t tell by reading the Synoposis, then you probably are not qualified. The truth is I don’t know myself either. If u are familiar with NeuStar or Dash, and the work they do then you get an idea what skills need to be done.
Maybe one of the folks reading this knows the answer. Anyone there do?
