My name is LaRonda Zupp, and I am Deaf. Welcome to "The Ear of My Heart."
The title of my blog comes from the opening verse of St. Benedict’s prologue, which tells us to ‘listen carefully and attend with the ear of our hearts.’ St. Benedict was a saint who urged us to listen within the depths of our soul, keeping ourselves attentive to wisdom that comes from the voice within, and inclining our hearts toward deeper understanding.
My blog title is not about “ears” or “hearing” or being able to “hear clearly,” the way hearing people can hear sound. It is about listening with PURE LOVING ATTENTION to what people are really communicating. This is what it means to me to listen and blog with ‘the ear of my heart.’

That’s interesting when I read your blog about T.S.S. story over a years something like that I read it and T.S.S. caused your hearing loss with unexpected while you were sick.
Doctor did not know about T.S.S. and were not follow up. Some women did not make it during T.S.S late 1980. you were very lucky to survives of T.S.S.
I remember I was going to Seattle Centeral Comm. College it was scary spread a words about T.S.S. I got a refund after I sent to “Relay” Tampons box and did only recevied 2 dollars remsibursment check. I think it is funny about 2 dollars I should dontate to Relay who is became victims of T.S.S. I feel that they should get some help expense of hosptial bills.
LaRhonda, I don’t know if you did recieved a lawsuit or move on against Rely Company?
I just wonder all the time. since, I have not read other parts. I should read it again. I am getting forgot. I need to read review, again.

Wow Revver is much much better, I’ve never seen the difference before but thanks to this vlog, I have. After this vlog, there’s a lot more I need to learn about you ronda. :0)

LaRondra, yes, I remember those neat stories… Funny thing, I was wondering how you find time to write the stories. I mean, I have to think how things go during the event or situation..I had to rake my brian to find the certian things or information for that situation. LOL…It does take time to write a story, and that explains that you copied your written beautiful story to your blog….

Roberto- yea, I perfer revver over youtube videos. But not everybody can open the revver on some of their computers so we give them option to both the revver or the youtube videos to watch..
