Smoking and Diabetes Both Linked to Hearing Loss

Two items of interest recently: First, a European study has found a link between smoking and hearing loss. This is not new, but this study found a "clear link." Next, the July 2008 issue of the Annals of Internal Medicine has a study on diabetes and hearing loss. This study found that hearing loss was more common in people with diabetes, according to the abstract.
