Deaf Pillage and other dopamines

Pay O. Tay
Hey! Okay!

*sipping on the tea*
*smoking from the pipe*
*offering you the smoke*

Hours and Ours, Hours and Ours

Remember Alice?
Beautiful.
Remember Rachel?
Terrible.

They gave her ASL.
They gave her a T.V. (w/ no cc)

Signing planted seed of smiles.
Legendarily.
Speaking granted need for smiles.
Momentarily.

Where are we?
You and me.

Walking through and through.
Passing hoo. and who?..

ding ding dong
sing sing song

There is money
rather funny
setting up setting up
sister rachel
little rachel
baby rachel

Mom and Dad
don't feel bad
follow through
you and hoo

I love you.
You love me.
FAM UH LY

dormez vous?
dormez vous?
Sonnez les matines!
Sonnez les matines!

*silence*

. . .

Think about it,...
Do we need more people taking advantage of the Deaf community?
Do we need any audist cheerleaders?
Do we need the Blitzkrieg of the Hoognorants?
Do we need any further exploitation of the children who can see your lies and still believe?

Suck NO! and swallow it!

You think you know.
You really do.
Gawd dang!

They want more.
They want money.
They want power.

Economy!

Hey AGB!
You da man!
The Big Papa!

Cluck those LSA and Deaf Vulture types.

I wanna be your bitch.
I wanna be your pawn.
I wanna make them itch.
I wanna make them fawn.

"My CI kid can speak better than your Deaf-Mute!"
"I may be a DeafMute but my Chihuahua sings better than your CI kid."

I spit it out.
I shit it out.
I get it out.

On Denial:
It takes a village to maintain paddling upstream.
That's right!

You're the type of folk who like to travel "south".
You're the kind of yolk who likes to babble-mouth.
Spreadin' fertilizer on your sterile dreams.

ahh..
ahh..
You've been hit by...
You've been bit by...

...a Hooth criminal.

I LOVE this! Thanks for the laugh - it's sorely needed after dealing with all these ruffled feathers making much ado about nothing. *grin*

Forgot to add...
Who's the village idiot? So many to choose from. Can't pick just one.

What a trip. Probably said when as little pugs, "Mommy, you mean the Indians were bad people?"

LOL! How amazing the way you write in your poem giving out metaphors reflecting the drama in DR that I got to chuckle my way through when reading it. Thanks for the humor!

But on a serious note, it makes me sad to see how these Deaf people are condoning AG Bell in their new blog aggregator. I don't get it how any Deaf individuals can be a part of AG Bell after all what he had said and done to us. When you bring up the term sterile to describe a dream, it reminded me that they are the same ignorant Deaf people who are supporting AG Bell (AGBAD) today that the dark side of him actually proposed laws to sterilize Deaf people. What's wrong with these people?

I laughed all the way to the end but so sad that they are being innocent and yet to be dumbdound. English are toughest language in the world and yet ASL does, too. That why they avoid to study this ASL the same way hearing people to. Love your greatest poem!

These village people tell the victims of Deaf Community to forget what AGBAD did since 1880 and accept changes.

They should forget about Rachel's history too and accept changes.

It's the glories riddance for the birth of Deafvileage.com

Barb DiGi, I agree. Jeffrey's poem is certainly humourous, but I doubt it would be looked upon quite that way by the DeafVillage folks.

If we wanted to know whether
AGBell achieved his goal to make Deaf people forget they're deaf...just take a look at these people, unfortunately.

I believe someone mentioned AGBell's dark side to them, and it seems they didn't believe it. I cannot remember where that discussion occurred, but I believe it was in the comment section on one of Rachel's blog posts. (I'm not sure.) Honestly, there's so much arguing over there that the posts simply blur for me.

At any rate, levity is sorely needed right now.

Hi Shel,

You know, so many times they made humorous statements about certain issues that some of us may not find it funny either so let them taste this one for a change.

Yes, you are correct that there are many discussions taking place in comment sections and blog entries but I guess it went from ear to ear for them. (**laughing**)

LOL

Barb, I love the "ear to ear" pun... quite apropos. LOL LOL

Actually, you've got a point about giving them a taste of their own medicine. Let's keep our humour hi-brow... that'd raise eyebrows eh?

Bad puns sure are coming out the ears, eh?
