The other George on Clause 14

Nope it hasn't quite gone away and dissapeared into British folklore, albeit after the initial blogs vented deaf spleens,, and t-shirt runs ran out, and the March took place, most deaf Brits switched the TV back on it seems. We didn't see any photos, vids or deaf responses after from Britain of any note. In years to come, someone will say "I wonder what happened about that campaign against Clause 14 ? you know, that one where they were going to ban deaf people reproducing more like themselves under IVF ?", "erm... don't know, what does IVF mean ?"

Here is the text translation, as the vid looks caught up in the British fog...

I do understand the deaf community concerns...
I don't listen too good myself...
Clause 14 will enable a new generation of hearing people..
To use the telephone, to talk, and generally be as normal as you or I..
And hopefully not Scottish..
HM Government has therefore, decided to ban ALL bearded deaf people...
and to put a ban on all deafhoodies, to address,
the insidious rise of demands for equality and access...
What better access, can we give them, but hearing, and speech ?

Has MM put words in the British PM's mouth ? who....? MOI :)
