  1. Suggest start nominations here for the three panelists? Then set up voting for anyone nominated more than say..5 times???

    Just a thought…but I still think deafread custom is the answer…just my 2 cents…

  2. Howdy Tayer-

I understand how you feel, not easy. We can’t please everyone. Some like Vanilla ice cream and some like Chocolate ice cream.

I like DeafSide very much! stick with that! look at WWE (Word Wrestling Entertainment) They have three different group “RAW” “ECW” and “SMACKDOWN”
they have various of wrestlers with different characters. so we, have different characters. I did rather to belong to “Extreme DeafSide” LOL!!! you can quote each Deafside like “mild” “Hot” “Fire” “Too Hot to show!”

and finally , some asked me to be one of the panelist, I excuse/pass, I prefer to stay as Sole Entertainment who I am. Hope that ok with you? you know me!

alright bro, don’t worry shit happens! I buy you a drink!
    cheers!
    Gary Brooks

  3. I have done research so here it is…

Taylor, FYI… be careful and not necessary to work too much because it will hurt your popular rank for deafread.com. Relax is the BEST for your simple operation! If you add more, complication will get to you!

Check http://www.alexa.com for rankings! “Interesting Info”

    Deafread.com ~ 356,120 th
    Deafvideo.tv ~ 710,385 th
    Deafside.com ~ 17,239,085 th

    DeafNation.com ~ 337,042 th
    ASLexpo.com ~ 284,222 th

FACT ==> DeafNation and ASLExpo are little better but that should not happen because DeafRead.com is supposed to be the BEST.

Why invent new ones… FOR WHAT? or you will see downside on your behalf. Wanna to know what your Deafread.com is worth as of now?

Your blog, deafread.com, is worth $87,503.70

Think Twice so take it easy,

    Todd

  4. Todd, LOL. DeafSide has a ranking even though it hasn’t been launched. Intriguing!

DeafRead.com isn’t a blog. I get that a lot. Anyway, the price $87,503.70 is based on statistical studies of things measured by a bot. Incoming links, traffic etc. Bots cannot measure some things that could be more important. Some examples: Information. Impressions. Impact.

In all, in response to your point, I doubt DeafSide will eat away at DeafRead’s value (not the dollar value, mind you).

Gary Brooks said it all. We can’t please everyone. Though I’d like to see DeafSide come to fruition to give people a place they like.

Gary, have you tried the Irish Ale, Smithwick’s by Guinness? That’s what you’re buying me! :)
