It is still a bad stat. You did not average the posts and visits within its time frame. You should score them based on one year, not from the first time they posted. Just like baseball season. They do not count the previous year before to give the batting score.
Joey cheated. He included the link to DR in his emails to subscribers. You lose the significant number of visits to your site, because Joey always directs his subscribers to his site by using his DR post link.

*Scratching head.* It may mean a few things:
1) The blog published posts that weren’t deaf-related which were published to DeafRead Extra.
2) More blogs were written than vlogs produced.
3) The blog did not attract high readership for other reasons.
Those are just some things off the top of my head.

I hope people don’t measure a blog’s quality by the visits it receives.
