However slowly FCC moves under the helm of the Bush Administration, I like the fact that they’ve kept their channels open for communicating our feedback regarding the VRS industry. *hint* *hint*
Anyway, speaking of open channels, tomorrow FCC is hosting an important workshop regarding ten digit phone numbers. Even though it’s in Washington, D.C., technology will help you participate as if you were there in person.
FCC will be providing a LIVE webcast; not only that, it will be captioned. Watch the excitement as VRS industry lobbyists, leaders, owners, advocates and consumers gather together in a room. Do you feel disconnected from what is going on in the VRS industry in the few last years? Here is your chance to witness it with your own eyes through your computer.
The communication is not one-way. You can send your questions to be asked amongst workshop attendees. E-mail your questions to numberingworkshop@fcc.gov You can too participate actively. This is YOUR chance to voice your concerns.
The workshop is tomorrow from 9:30am to 3:30pm EST at FCC headquarters. Wish I could go!
