Yes, Laurent Clerc was a Capricorn. I recently looked at his birthdate, December 26th. The Capricorn sign was from December 22nd to January 20th.
Clerc was brillantly suprassed Thomas Gallaudet with more finanical earnings and powers at the American School for the Deaf (ASD) in Hartford, CT.
