Update VRS about GA

This doesn't make sense to me, let me restate this to be sure I understand...

With TTY relay, there is a 3rd person in the middle (operator), so we have to say GA back and forth.

With VRS relay, there isn't (?) a 3rd person in the middle, so we don't have to say GA back and forth.

This is what I understand from your vlog... and my understanding is that with VRS, there IS a 3rd person, the VRS interpreter! The reason we had to say GA with TTY relay is because it's so slow and often people had to pause and GA was used to make sure when it was the other person's turn. Also, in the early days, TTYs couldn't "interrupt" each other or the signals would be garbled. VRS is faster and eliminates the need for consecutive turn-taking.
