Can you use YouTube instead?
use quicktime
I'll add a link to a flash version of this file, but I would suggest you use Quicktime. Although flash is more generally viewable on the web, sticking with quicktime allows me to retain the quality of the video cheaply, and distribute it more widely.
I refuse to use Youtube, as it uses flash to a VERY poor degree, badly degrading the quality.
