I myself graduated from Kansas. I KNOW WHAT YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT ST. LOUIS ORAL SCHOOLS I met and talked with some of them who graduated from oral schools. what I saw were lost deaf souls wandering through downtown of ST. LOUIS. How sad! Most retailers did not understand them when they made effort to communicate with them.

Paul, I love your IDEAS but this viedo is TOOO LONG!!. I don't have time to sit for 26 minutes to watch a movie; Please re-do this in bits and pieces. A great example is LaRhonda's piece; hers would of been a half hour or more but she divided her viedo so one didnt have to sit and watch the whole thing at once..
I am looking foward to seeing this in bits and pieces since its an important topic
Well written... OPPS... ASL commentary! I fully agree with you! I am the one who grew up AVT(oral) and that damn ruler hurts my hands in Lexington School for the Deaf in early 70's. I strongly believe that all babies (Deaf and Hearing) start using baby signs and keep it up to change the world! Deafhood is the way!
