You can order at the window where they accept cash.

I believe any deaf can still drive up to window and place their order right there. Every fast food is supposed to accomodate deaf fast food orderer this way. This new system sucks. But, I doubt it is going to prevent any deaf from ordering the way they always do.

Nothing news. Fast-food Resaturantauers prefer to hire manual workers for cheap wages so that they can keep their extra cashs in their extra pockets. I wonder if the food runners at the windows might not have experience with new orders from the deaf drivers.

I bet the online order-takers may not be aware of any “86″ (out of stock) item(s) that would cause messing up the orders. What if the online crashes down? What if the online order-takers may not show up at work? Are the fast-food restuarants encourage any drivers to the cashier counter while the Drive-Thru services are down?

Lantana, you may try out Sonic Drive-In restaurants in your Oregon state. Oh, Yeah…they do not have indoor eatery. ;)
