The purpose of the meeting is twofold: * To discuss the appointment of an interim president for the University * To discuss matters related to internal board governance The first part of the meeting will involve discussions between the board and representatives from faculty, staff, students, and alumni. Following these discussions the board will meet in closed executive session. |
