Students sleeping in tents at the MSSD gate were woken up this morning to bulldozers pushing their tents and belongs out of the way.  I couldn't believe my eyes when I read this in a message, but it's been confirmed.  DPS and the PPD broke through the gate this morning and bulldozed the area, including tents with people sleeping inside.  The front lawn is now covered with personal belongings, a fire pit and tents brought from the MSSD gate.

The latest update says that students have relocked the MSSD gate and refuse to move.  MPD was at the scene, reportedly with a paddy wagon.  Reports say that MPD has been ordered to arrest the students, but they are refusing to until they have met with student leaders. More to come.
