Well, a riot would just set everything back. Let’s hang in there until the BOT has their meeting on Sunday, and if nothing happens there, then all bets are off on Monday.

Oh, God, I hope not! That bulldozer running over those students this morning should give the protesters enough legal ammunition to force the resignation of JFK. Please stay safe…you all are in my thoughts and prayers!

i’m getting the
impression that the adm. is hoping to provoke a riot so they can spin
it out of control and make the media think this is all the student’s
fault, just like they’ve spun everything else. in other words, CREATE
the terriorists and riots and mob mentality they’ve been constantly
portraying the protesters as during the past ten days. DO NOT RIOT!

While I appreciate this live blogging and keeping us informed (truly), I feel this post was incendiary, by suggesting that a riot is probable. It could have been worded differently, such as “Gosh, I hope the students can continue to show restraint. We don’t want or need a riot” or something like that.

What administration did this morning was unbelievable. The protestors have been very peaceful. Protestors hang in, you have legal grounds on your side now.
