Students locked College Hall at midnight, and stayed there until approximately 8 AM this morning, when they vacated the building, due to a shortage of people to keep it locked down. They only locked the first floor. The building is still closed as of right now, and is secured from the inside. DPS has yellow tape around it, and Fernandes was seen on the scene.
