| Given the information on the actions of the Board of Trustees at Gallaudet University, they have been perpetuating the problems since May 1, 2006.
Given their lack of confidence and responsibiity, they have failed their fidiuciary control over the university...........
Given the "rubber stamp" without the checks and balances, they have failed the educational standards and system at the university............
