C.I. people are being treated differently by the deaf...
DeafWomynPride After I watched the vlogs about CI and I realized that I treated CI people different like Deaf people did to me.... In my opinion, if Deaf people rejects CI, that will hurt the deaf community, might cause Deaf Institute close, Deaf teachers might lose their jobs, OR CI people would reject deaf community and join the hearing world. Make sense??

Tara needs help!!
DeafWomynPride Tara is 20 years old and she still attends her public high school. She got kicked out of her parents house without any place to go. They called a txia and sent her to the local office of the Department of Rehabilitative Services. DRS has placed her in a nursing home for elderly people. She has lived there since August of 2007...
