Get your Deaf News at DeafRead

DeafRead is expanding into News syndication. Leveraging the same technology which powers DeafRead’s blog syndication, we’re able to easily list deaf-related news articles at DeafRead!
We are keeping Blog posts and News articles separate. DeafRead is all about reading deaf stuff, may the source be blogs or news publications. “Deaf” is the common denominator. By a simple click, you’ll be easily switching between blogs and news. On the above image, the link is located on the upper left corner. Click on the underlined orange link. The links are found near the top on DeafRead.
If you wish to access the news by typing in the address, the link is http://www.deafread.com/news

Great idea! Thanks for making my life easier with news syndication. Really nice to be able to make one stop for both blogs and news.

My pleasure, Candance McCullough. Loved your vlog about the parallels between deafhood and feminism!

Thanks. We’re an obsessive bunch.
No, really. If any of you have a feature request, do let us know and we’ll try our darn hardest to implement it. It’s got to be 1) a great idea 2) feasible.

Re: a feature request
Ah, I sure have a feature request! ;~D I’d like to see a few options in choosing a color for the text body instead of all white.

It would be cool to have social bookmarking feature so I can bookmark at my preferred service: del.icio.us. For example, there are so many posts and I don’t have time to review and the stream of posts are coming pretty fast. It would be cool to check posts that I want to review at a later time, saved in bookmarks.

A friend, I will look into changing the background color. Thanks.
Rene Visco, well, this comment is tardy…
